Dr. Ryan A. Cregger

Creating a Lifetime of Healthy Smiles

As a pediatric dentist, I’m able to develop long-term, supportive relationships with my patients and their families. It’s rewarding to watch a child mature into a young adult who’s committed to caring for oral health.

Visiting the dentist can be a frightening experience for a child. Our team works hard to maintain a welcoming, safe environment, full of laughter and smiles. We want our young patients to be enthusiastic about coming to visit us, and we look forward to seeing them! — Dr. Ryan Cregger

Education and Continuing Education

Dr. Ryan received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry at Memphis in 2006. During dental school, he discovered a passion and affinity for working with children. His natural warmth and kindness quickly puts even the most timid patient at ease.

That passion led Dr. Ryan to complete a rigorous two-year pediatric dental residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. In 2008 he was awarded his Master of Science. In 2017, Dr. Ryan became a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.

The pediatric dental residency provided Dr. Ryan with extensive experience in all facets of dental care for infants, children, and people with special needs. The program offered exposure to the latest techniques and technologies used in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of oral disease. It also taught operating room procedures, oral conscious sedation, and the use of nitrous oxide (laughing gas).

Dr. Ryan has been certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and CPR. Each year he participates in many continuing education courses. This ensures he remains current on advances in treatment strategies, techniques, materials, and technology.

Dr. William Keeton

Encouraging Lifelong Excitement For Dentistry

I enjoy immensely the art of dentistry, but I enjoy more the people it serves. I care greatly for the youth and hope to use pediatrics as a platform to better serve those I care most about. I recognize the role of a pediatric dentist is tremendous. These are crucial years in which children develop oral habits that will last their lifetime. I will help them with the best of my abilities. But I will never forget the teeth are attached to a person, and the person is what matters most. — Dr. William Keeton

Education and Continuing Education

Dr. Keeton graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors in Biochemistry and continued on to receive his masters in Analytical Chemistry. During his graduate training, he was invited to build an instrument at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. While he did enjoy every moment there, he felt that something was missing. He wanted to pursue a career where he felt he was making a difference in people’s lives, so he applied to dental school.

Dr. Keeton attended the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California, where he graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery with high honors. From there, he continued to Yale School of Medicine, where he completed his Pediatric Dental Residency. Dr. Keeton is committed to continuing his education and staying at the forefront of the latest technology and treatments to provide each patient with the safest and most comfortable care possible.
