It’s November, and all of us at Nolensville Pediatric Dentistry would like to wish everyone a Happy Universal Children’s Day this November 20th. As many of you already know, Nolensville Pediatric Dentistry is proud to offer state-of-the-art pediatric dentistry in the Middle Tennessee area, particularly Brentwood and Nolensville. We love our little ones, and will never turn down an excuse to celebrate with them!
What is Universal Children’s Day?
According to their website, The United Nations first acknowledged World Children’s Day in 1954 to promote international togetherness, awareness among children worldwide, and improving children’s welfare. To put it plainly: this day exists to show kids around the world that they all matter. November 20th, the official day of celebration, signifies the date when the UN General Assembly adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child. Later in 1989, on this same day they adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child. We at Nolensville Pediatric Dentistry believe children are the future.
How Does Nolensville Pediatric Dentistry Celebrates Universal Children’s Day?
Nolensville Pediatric Dentistry loves to celebrate our patients any way we can. First and foremost, we aim to give every child a happy and healthy smile. In order to reach this goal, we do everything we can to make a trip to the dentist enjoyable for every child. We are gentle, caring, and kind to everyone who walks through our doors. Going to the dentist should be fun, since healthy oral habits equal healthy children. Our friendly dental staff aims to give each child the dental experience we would have liked when we were their age, but even better!
